Under sub-section (2) of section 30 of the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, the buyer in possession of goods can pass a valid title to the subsequent buyer

A. If the possession of the property is obtained by the buyer with the consent of the seller and that consent has not been subsequently withdrawn

B. If the possession of the property is obtained by the buyer with the consent of the seller and that consent has not been subsequently withdrawn
