When was the Bathukamma festival declared a state festival by the Telangana government?

Bathukamma Panduga is a Telangana State Festival, Government of Telangana, Youth Advancement, Tourism and Culture Department has issued Government Order Ms. No. 2 on 24^th June, 2014. In this order Government of Telangana State has declared that "Bathukamma Panduga" as a T State Festival.
