Actions or body language are communicated in person or face-to-face channel, in air as medium. Hence Acting is a channel according to the question. Thinking is an intrapersonal activity and does not have a medium to transact over. Also similar are Visualising and Observing that do not use any specific medium.
Therefore Thinking, Visualising and Observing can be included as one option.
