Chief Minister's Gold and Silver Medals The awards were given to those officers/officials/ contractors working in Jammu and Kashmir, who are or have been directly associated with the execution of infrastructure related schemes/projects, whose performances were outstanding and of very high order. The awards are announced by the Chief Minister on Republic Day (26^th January), every year.
