Gamma particle has no electrical charge associated with them.Gamma ray has short wave length and high frequency and by releasing gamma particles it reduce to lower energy state.
Alpha particle has released by high mass, proton rich unstable nuclei. it is positively charged high speed moving particles.
Beta particles has neutron rich unstable nuclei. Beta particle is high energy electron. it is negitively charged.
