    The answer can be urban centers (central planning of towns with citadel, granaries and all) or female deities(mother goddess) but can never be horses. This is so because there have been no mention of a horse on seals/steatite images. But there's just one doubtful piece of evidence of horse bone found in Surkotada, Gujarat which isn't fair enough.

    Sir i think its answer should be female dieties,
    as there is evidence of horses in sarkotoda but not that much that convince its presence, horses came with aryans,
    But the goddess of fertility dipicted on teracota figurine resemble the female diety

    But here again there is a qtn regarding which animal was not known to Indus people and the and given is horse. please check and correct me if I am wrong

    Why horse is the common point. Harappan people don't know about of horse. Horses have a lot of importance in rig veda society. But you said correct answer. Give me explanation

    Female deities are common:-
    1) Harappan :- Mother Goddess
    2) Rigvedic society :- Aditi , Savitri , Usha ,etc.

    Horse is the wrong option because horses were not native to India and they came with the Aryans , the horses were first spotted in Athens and were summoned by God Poseidon as a gift to the Athenians . Since the Aryans came to India ,they brought the horses with them.
