Section 113B deals with the presumption of abetment of suicide by a married woman within a period of seven years from the date of marriage. It establishes a presumption that if a married woman commits suicide within seven years of marriage and it is shown that her husband or his relatives subjected her to cruelty, the court will presume that such cruelty and abetment to suicide were made with the intention to force her to commit suicide.
