Which Section of the Jammu and Kashmir Constitution deals with the Reservation of Seats for Scheduled Castes in the Legislative Assembly of the State?

The Section 49 states that there is a provision of reserved seats in the Assembly for the Scheduled Caste (SC) population. Their proportion shall remain the same to the total Assembly seats as the State has the SC population proportion to the total population in the cast preceding census.
