'White alkali' soils are

White alkali is the mixture of salts like, sodium sulphate, sodium chloride, etc. forming a white crust on some alkali soils.
White alkali is saline soil. these are the soil with high pH, a poor soil structure and a low infiltration capacity, because of which it forms a hard calcareous layer.
