Who built Badami fort?

Badami Fort it was built by Chalukyan King Pulakeshi in 543 AD. Perched on the top of a cliff, this fort is accompanied by two Shivalaya complexes dating back to the 5^th century. It is located on top of a hill that stands at a distance of about 2 km from the main town of Badami in the Bagalkot district of Karnataka.
