Who built the well decorated and well sculptured temple of Konark?

The Konark Temple, which was built in the 13^th century by Ganga ruler Narasimhadeva I, has beautiful sculptural elements that represent the most advanced period in Kalinga architecture. The temple is supported by a total of 24 beautifully carved wheels, 12 on each side of the temple.
