M. H. Beg was the First Chief Justices of Goa. Mirza Hameedullah Beg was the 15^th Chief Justice of India, serving from January 1977 to February 1978. Justice Mirza Hameedullah Beg was appointed as the first Chief Justice of Himachal Pradesh on 25^th January 1971.
