A' a public servant, not belbnging to scheduled castes or scheduled tribes, wilfully neglects his duties under the SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. He shall be punishable:-

A. With imprisonment not less than six months

B. With imprisonment which may extend to one year

D. With imprisonment for a term of three years
