I have query:
1. the proviso of sec 60 of cpc contains the clauses as to he items/things which are not liable of attachment which contains under (ia) of proviso of sec 60
2. Sec 60 proviso (ia) - "1/3rd of salary in execution of any decree for maintenance"
So it should means that 1/3rd is not liable for the attachment in case of decree of maintenance thus the correct answer to this question would be 2/3rd.. right?
