Charged expenditure under this article includes salary and allowances of President, Chairman and deputy Chairman, of Rajya Sabha, Speaker and deputy Speaker of Lok Sabha, salaries and pensions of judges of Supreme Court, pensions of Judges of High Court and salary and pension of CAG, Whereas salary of Judges of High Court is charged upon Consolidated Fund of State.
