Cost price of shoes = Rs. 1200
Selling price of shoes =$${\text{ 1200}} \times \frac{{112}}{{100}}$$
Let Marked price of shoes = x
Then,
$$\eqalign{ & \Rightarrow x \times \frac{{84}}{{100}} \cr & = 1200 \times \frac{{112}}{{100}} \cr & = \frac{{1200 \times 112}}{{84}} \cr & = {\text{Rs}}{\text{. 1600}} \cr} $$
