A. Rs. 2300
B. Rs. 2400
C. Rs. 2200
D. Rs. 2500
Answer: Option C
Solution(By Examveda Team)
Income of A : B = 6 : 5 = 6A : 4BExpenditure of A : B = 4 : 3 = 4A : 3B
Saving of A and B = 400;
∴ 6A - 4A = 400
⇒ A = 200
And 5B - 3B = 400
⇒ B = 200
Income of A = 6 × 200 = 1200
Income of B = 5 × 200 = 1000
Sum of the Income of A and B = 1200 + 1000 = Rs. 2200
