Since, the two horses meet after 200 minutes; they cover 0.5% of the distance per minute (combined) or 30% distance per hour. let d = total distance each horse covered
let t = travel time of the slower horse
then
(t-5) = travel time of faster horse
d/t = speed of the slower horse
and
d/t-5 = speed of the faster horse

Slow horse dist + fast horse distance = total distance,
d/t*10/3+d/(t-5)*10/3 = d
we get t=10
