Mr.A an agent has taken reward premium of large amount from the customer. He spends the whole premium amount and fails to deposit the customer premium amount with the insurance company .what action will be taken?

Option -he will be given a verbal warning by the insurer
2- he has to pay a fine of ₹1000
3 - His license will be disqualified.
4-No action will be taken against him.

General Insurance is related with non-living thing and it is tailored made policy. Medical Insurance is related with health insurance policy and hence it is not the function of general insurance.
