Whoever has been previously convicted of an offence punishable under section 376 or 376A or 376D of Indian Penal Code and is subsequently convicted for an offence punishable under any of the said sections, shall be punished with

A. Rigorous imprisonment of 20 years which may be extended to life imprisonment

B. Rigorous imprisonment of 20 years and also with fine

C. Imprisonment for life or with death

D. Simple imprisonment upto 20 years
