X' a boy of eleven years stabbed his father thrice as he saw that his two elder brother stabbed the father one after the other he ran away. On being questioned, 'X' justified his act saying that his two elder brothers would not have stabbed the father unless he had done "something wrong" and hence deserved to be killed.
