X, applied for the post of Lecturer in Delhi University and submitted his application along with degree, of Ph. D. Interview call was issued to X and 2^nd February, 1992 was the date fixed for the interview of X. But on 10^th Jan., 1992 the University came to know that the copy of degree attached with the application was bogus and cancelled the interview.
