• Click on the network icon which is normally located at the bottom right of your screen.• Click Network settings.
• Click on Dial-up on the left side.
• Click set up a new connection.
• Click Connect to the Internet.
• Click Next.
• Click Dial-up.
• Enter the number provided to you from Wind stream to dial.
