If a cuboid of dimensions 32 cm × 12 cm × 9 cm is cut into two cubes of same size, what will be the ratio of the surface area of the cuboid to the total surface area of the two cubes?

Correct Answer: Option D
Volume of cuboid = 32 × 12 × 9
Volume of a cube = 16 × 12 × 9
a3 = 16 × 12 × 9
a = 12
Area of cuboid : Area of two cube
= 2(32 × 12 + 12 × 9 + 9 × 32) : 2 × 6 × 122
= 65 : 72
