Let Abhay's speed be x km/hr
Then,
$$\eqalign{ & \Rightarrow \frac{{30}}{x} - \frac{{30}}{{2x}} = 3 \cr & \Rightarrow 6x = 30 \cr & \Rightarrow x = 5{\text{ km/hr}} \cr} $$
