Let the five numbers be x, (x + 2), (x + 4), (x + 6) and (x + 8)Then,
⇔ x + (x + 2) + (x + 4) + (x + 6) + (x + 8) = 575
⇔ 5x + 20 = 575
⇔ 5x = 555
⇔ x = 111
∴ Required sum :
= (x + 10) + (x + 12) + (x + 14) + (x + 16) + (x + 18)
= 5x + 70
= 5 × 111 + 70
= 555 + 70
= 625
