Sundays = 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th
⇒ Total Sundays = 5
Every second Saturday is holiday.

Total days in the month = 30
Total working days = 30 - (5 + 1) = 24

    A/C to question , SECOND SATURDAY is considered as a holiday (Not every 2nd Saturday)
    hence the answer is 24
