    If 10 percent= 25kg
    then,, 100 percent= 250 kg,
    so price of 250 kg is Rs 22500,
    then price of 1kg is Rs 22500/250= 90,
    so price is Rs 90/kg

    Old : New = 10 : 9 (Price)
    Old : New = 9 : 10 (Quantity) or 225 : 250
    Now gap 25 kg
    Reduced price = 22500/250 = 90

    Let 10% of 22500= 2250
    25kg= 2250
    So 1kg= 2250/25
    1kg=90
