Cost Price	:	Markde Price
(100 - Discount%)	:	(100 + Profit%)

If there is no discount given,
Then:
Marked price = Selling price
So, Profit %
$$\eqalign{ & = \frac{{11 - 8}}{8} \times 100 \cr & = \frac{3}{8} \times 100 \cr & = 37.50\% \cr} $$
